Memorial to Frances Barker.

She married Joseph Barker in 1958 and between 1962-1965 had three children, Frankie, Paula and David. In 1969, Fran, Joe and the kids moved to the US and proceeded to live in New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia over the next 6 years before settling back into New Jersey, where they owned and operated a Baskin Robbins until their retirement in 2006. Fran is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Joe, who passed away in July 2011, and her brother, Thomas Patrick Doyle, who passed in November of 2001.
